A little into the year 2018, you have another popular marathon waiting for you. An expected 30,000 runners are going to take the streets in the largest 10k race along with a half marathon route.
Apart from many celebrities, you can run along Sir Mo Farah and also help raise some money for good cause. Kids from 15 years of age can also join the fun participating in the 10k race.

Location: London Stadium
Organized by the British Athletics, it promises to be the biggest athletic event of 2018. The event will see the top talents of Britain competing against the similar skills of US athletes over a 2 hour competition.
Though the final format remains to be announced, the competition will include relay events, hurdles, running and jumping. Participants will be able to score points in nine categories to decide the winners.

Great North Run

The mega event is going to be back in September and you can sign up as the registration ballot is still open. Starting from the Newcastle city centre, you will be passing over the amazing Tyne Bridge and then move towards the sea around South Shields.
